Customers browse guided tours by destination and category, view full itineraries, photo galleries, and upcoming departure dates with live slot availability, then book and pay securely via Stripe. After their trip, travelers can leave a review that shows a "Verified Traveler" badge once admin-approved. Everything — storefront, dashboard, and admin panel — is fully translatable, and admins can add unlimited new languages directly from the dashboard, no coding required.

Requirements

PHP 8.1 or higher MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB 10.3+ PDO MySQL, cURL, mbstring, JSON, OpenSSL PHP extensions A Stripe account (for payment processing)

Instructions

INSTALLATION 1. Upload all files to your hosting account (or a subdomain/folder). 2. Visit your domain in a browser — you'll be redirected to the installer automatically. 3. Step 1: the installer checks server requirements — make sure all show "Pass". 4. Step 2: enter your MySQL database details. The database and tables are created automatically. 5. Step 3: create your admin account. 6. Step 4: installation complete! For security, delete or rename the /install folder.

FIRST-TIME SETUP (as admin) 7. Log in — admins are redirected straight to the admin panel. 8. Go to Admin → Settings and enter your Stripe API keys. Set your webhook endpoint in Stripe to: yourdomain.com/webhook/stripe 9. Go to Admin → Destinations and Categories to set up your travel taxonomy. 10. Go to Admin → Tours to add your tour packages (itinerary, gallery, pricing, included/excluded). 11. Go to each tour's Departures page to add bookable dates and slot counts. 12. Go to Admin → Reviews periodically to approve or reject new customer reviews. 13. (Optional) Go to Admin → Language to add or edit additional languages — no coding required.

CUSTOMER USAGE 14. Visitors browse tours, pick a departure date, and check out via Stripe. 15. After the trip, customers can leave a review from their booking, which appears publicly once approved.
