StaffFlow is a modern self-hosted workforce management system designed for businesses that need a simple and centralized way to manage employees and daily workforce operations.
The system brings staff management, leave requests, weekly scheduling, attendance monitoring, training and SOP management, reporting, notifications and role-based access control into one professional management portal.
StaffFlow is built with PHP and MySQL/MariaDB and can be deployed on your own web hosting or server without requiring a recurring SaaS subscription.
It includes a guided web installer, multi-location support and dedicated access levels for Super Admin, Manager, Supervisor and Staff.
StaffFlow is suitable for offices, retail operations, hospitality teams, service businesses and other organizations that manage employees, schedules and operational workflows.
The Commercial Edition includes complete source code and English documentation.

Instructions
1. Upload all StaffFlow files to your web server. 2. Create an empty MySQL or MariaDB database. 3. Open StaffFlow in your browser. 4. Follow the guided installation wizard. 5. Enter your database connection details. 6. Create the first Super Admin account. 7. Sign in to the management portal. 8. Configure locations, staff, roles, leave types and system settings. 9. Configure SMTP settings if email notifications are required.
Detailed installation, administration and troubleshooting documentation is included with the product.
