1. Create Unlimited Plans Easily create unlimited plans ans set user limits, department limtes and disk space limits for each. Plans can be maude public or private. All plans support monthly and annual subscriptions. Free plans can also be created. You can also enable or disable free trial.  

2. Subscriber Management Manage all your subscribers easily from the admin dashboard. View invoices and overviews of subscriber application usage. You can also suspend accounts, chang plans and edit subscriber details.  

3. Multiple or Single Database Supported The application supports using either a single database or multiple databases for tenant (subscriber) data. You can change the mode by altering just one setting! The single dtabase mode is especially useful in shared or cpanel hosting environments.  

4. Multiple Currencies Supported You can setup the application to use multiple currencies. This allows you to bill subscribers in their local currencies. Currencies can also be assigned to payment methods as needed.  

5. Paypal, Stripe & Bank Payment Methods Out of the box, the application comes with Paypal, Stripe and Bank payment support. Paypal and Stripe are configured to accept subscription payments. Payment methods can be assigned to your installed currency of choice. More payment methods are coming soon. You can also contact us to integrate other methods.  

6. Blog, CMS and User Guide System The application comes with a blogging system as well as a CMS for managing articles and writeupds on the site. There is also a powerful documentation system you can use to build a user guide for your users.  

7. Supports Multiple Languages GForce supports 18 language out of the box! New languages can easily be added in just 3 steps!

Tenant Site Details

GForce is a volunteer management system built for religious organizations, NGOs, Political organizations and similar organizations. GForce is designed to make it easy for your volunteers to apply, join and manage their activities in your volunteer workforce. With custom application forms, event rosters, forums, resource sharing, internal messaing, Centralized SMS and lots more. Your workforce will never be the same again!

FEATURES

1. Group and Membership Management Easily create and manage groups. Assign members and group admins. Group admins can view applications to join groups and approve or deny them. Group Members can be grouped into Teams for easy messaging and planning.

2. Event Roster & Task Scheduling Group Admins can plan activities for group volunteers for upcoming events. Automatics reminders are sent to volunteers days before their shifts. Volunteers can opt out of shifts.

3. Volunteer Training and Testing Create online courses and tests in order to train your volunteers. Keep track of student progress. Issue certificates upon completion. Assign courses to particular groups or make them general. Create multiple choice tests for volunteers to take after course completion. Tests can also be make public for general testing without courses

4. Dues and donations management GForce comes with a fund management module that makes it easy to collect and manage dues, fundraisers, and donations. We support multiple popular payment gateways out of the box.

5. Resource Sharing Members can easily create downloads to share resources with other members. Each download can contain multiple files and be downloaded individually or as an archive.

6. Internal Messaging System All users can send messages internally. The system has a local inbox and sent messages folder. Messages are also delivered via Email to recipients. Messaging supports uploading attachments securely. Administrators can easily send messages to entire groups at once.

7. SMS Messaging Administrators can setup an SMS account on the system. We support multiple SMS gateways. Administrators can group administrators can send messages to members all from this single account. Administrators can enable or disable SMS ability for individual groups.

8. Group Forums Group Members can create discussion topics in the forum. Replies to topics can include attachments.

9. Birthday and Wedding Anniversary Reminders Easily view all upcoming birthdays and anniversaries. Group members can also get notified about upcoming birthdays and anniversaries
