Quotexa - Quote Estimate Invoice Builder WordPress

Description

Quotexa is a standalone WordPress quote, estimate, and invoice workflow created for service businesses. It transforms a standard website into an interactive sales process without requiring WooCommerce.

Visitors can choose services, project scope, quantities, add-ons, delivery options, and locations while viewing a responsive live estimate. Each submission is recalculated securely on the server before being stored as a structured quote request. Administrators can review requests, customize line items, apply fixed or percentage discounts, configure tax, add internal notes, and send branded PDF quotations. Every sent quotation creates an immutable revision with a secure customer link. Customers can review the quotation, download the PDF, accept, reject, or request a revision online. Accepted quotations can be converted directly into invoices, while administrators can record external or offline payments and track paid and outstanding balances.

Quotexa includes a visual estimator builder, conditional logic, flexible pricing methods, location-based adjustments, eight starter templates, CSV exports, privacy tools, protected uploads, Gutenberg integration, shortcodes, and an optional Elementor widget.
