Every tenant manages its own connected accounts, content calendar, and team, and pays a monthly or yearly subscription via Stripe to use the platform — run it as your own scheduling SaaS business from day one.

The two things generic schedulers skip entirely

• Real AI caption generation — type a rough topic or idea, click Generate, and get real AI-drafted captions and hashtags back (OpenAI or Anthropic, your own API key). Not a canned template — a genuine LLM call.
• Client approval links — mark any draft "Needs client approval" and Postflow generates a unique, unguessable link. Your client opens it, sees the exact post preview, and clicks Approve or Request Changes — no account, no login, no password to manage. Approved posts move straight into the scheduling queue; requested changes notify you with their comment.

Please add your own Stripe, OpenAI/Anthropic, and X/Twitter developer keys before going live. Facebook and LinkedIn publishing are included as a ready-to-extend connection UI; enabling live posting on those two requires your own Meta App Review / LinkedIn partner API access, since that approval can only be granted to the account operator, not shipped pre-approved in a script.

Requirements

PHP 8.1 or higher MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB (with PDO MySQL extension) PHP extensions: pdo_mysql, mbstring, json, openssl, curl, gd A Stripe account (for subscription billing — optional if you only need the Free plan) An OpenAI or Anthropic API key (to enable AI caption generation) An X/Twitter Developer Portal app (for genuine publishing to X/Twitter) Apache with mod_rewrite (.htaccess) or equivalent rewrite rules on Nginx

Instructions

1. Upload all files to your server (or a subfolder). 2. Visit your domain in a browser — the installer will start automatically and will attempt to self-repair file/directory permissions. 3. Step 1: the installer checks PHP version and required extensions. 4. Step 2: enter your MySQL database connection details. 5. Step 3: create your platform admin account (name, email, password). 6. Step 4: installation completes — log in at /admin with the account you just created. 7. In Admin → Settings, add your Stripe keys, and your OpenAI/Anthropic key to enable AI generation. 8. Each tenant connects their own X/Twitter developer credentials under their account Settings to enable real publishing. 9. In Admin → Plans, adjust pricing and limits to match your business model. 10. Set up a cron job (`* * * * * php cron/publish_posts.php`) or use the included token-protected /cron/run web fallback to actually publish scheduled posts. 11. If your host shows a "View not found" error right after upload, upload the included fix_permissions.php to your project root and open it once in a browser, then delete it. 12. (Optional) In Admin → Languages, add a new language and translate the interface from the admin panel.
