General changes:

• Changed DOCTYPE to the new HTML5 DOCTYPE
• Removed the script type from all scripts within the <head> tag (no longer required in HTML5)
• Changed the way jQuery is loaded (it’s now loaded from the official jQuery site) and updated to the latest version of jQuery (1.7.1)
• Removed the rollover function for the form submit element from the functions.js file

Form changes:

• Removed the JS placeholder method from all input elements and replaced it with the HTML5 placeholder attribute (this was causing a bug that didn’t allow the email fields to validate properly)
• Replaced the image-powered submit buttons with CSS3 buttons with round corners and gradients that allow you to modify the text inside them. These buttons will revert to a solid color, square corners buttons in CSS3 non-compliant browsers
• Decreased the width of the email field in the footer by 10px
• Removed the outlines from the input fields (the blue glow that some browsers add around an active form element)
• Added a label for the footer form and one for the subscription form in the index_with_video.html
